Tepsa to provide maritime logistics services for Technip’s Dunkirk SAF site
European bulk liquid storage company Tepsa said it has won Grand Port Maritime de Dunkerque (GMPD)’ request of interest to provide maritime logistics services to Technip Energies for its adjacent project to produce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) from second-generation ethanol.
“I would like to warmly thank the Grand Port Maritime of Dunkirk for its trust. As long-standing partners, we are proud to continue contributing to the development of the Dunkerquois area and the Hauts-de-France,” said Bruno Hayem, CEO of Tepsa.
The company will also build and operate a new storage terminal with a capacity of 145,000m³ dedicated to bulk liquids for the battery manufacturing and recycling value chain, the European chemicals sector, and energy transition industries.
Tepsa manages 15 terminals across France, the Netherlands, and Spain, located near major transport and infrastructure hubs.
Tepsa has a total storage capacity exceeding 4m cubic meters. Tepsa is owned by I Squared Capital, a global infrastructure investor, managing over $45bn in assets with over 90 portfolio companies operating in more than 70 countries around the world.
