MB Energy begins SAF supply at Copenhagen Airport

Energy supplier MB Energy said it has begun supply jet fuel and HEFA SPK blend sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to airlines at Copenhagen Airport in Denmark.

The company said it has invested into the airport fuel infrastructure to access the airport.

“This investment underscores our commitment to help enhancing the aviation supply chains in Denmark, as well as across Europe”, says Simon Weiss, head of aviation at MB Energy. “We look forward to continuing our work in the aviation sector, ensuring that we fuel both today’s and tomorrow’s journeys by working hand in hand with our customers and partners.”

MB Energy will also be supplying SAF to customers at the airport.

Based in Hamburg, MB Energy was founded in 1947 with operations across Europe, the United States and Singapore. The company engages in the import, storage, distribution, and marketing of petroleum products, LPG, chemicals, and biofuels.
