Suzuyo Shoji and ENEOS Corporation announced plans to deliver sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) environmental value to Fuji Dream Airlines at Mount Fuji Shizuoka Airport as an alternative to the supply of physical SAF under a book and claim demonstration project.

The initiative is part of Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s “2025 Demonstration Project to Support the Introduction of SAF through Local Production and Consumption.”

As the contractor, ENEOS will supply SAF to Narita International Airport and, in collaboration with Suzuyo Shoji and FDA, provide the environmental value of SAF at Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport.

The company will supply SAF based on the flexibility system introduced in the EU, to contribute to the stable supply and promotion of domestically produced SAF.
